- Customers can return their website order within 7 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@apluxuryperfume.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed the refund will be provided to your bank account.
- Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded, wherever applicable.
- Originals receipts would need to be included.
- Once we have received the items in the expected condition, the order amount will be refunded through the same payment mode within 3-9 business days.
